Discuss adding more people to committee to gain more knowledge about what scouts are interested in. Plan on having troops doing weekend campouts at all the summer camps our council has to offer. Contact Chapter Chiefs and have them contact their reps in order to keep track of all the troops. The job of the reps is to relay the information from the chiefs to their troops. The Chiefs will get the information from the actual committee.

I attended the Council Camping Committee meeting on February 9th, and have been given a few ideas.  I have started on the video and am contemplating ways to determine why some units don't go to camp, including contacting the scout masters of units that haven't been to camp in the past few years and asking them why they don't attend.  Lastly, if anyone has any pictures from summer camp other than Camp Sunnen, i would appreciate it if they emailed them to me, to be used in the video.
