Service Crew

I would like to introduce a new service program for the Spring Fellowship. The service program will be entitled the service crew. In this program members of the OA can volunteer to staff the event such as trash pickup, water pick up and drop offs and assist with service projects. Anyone who volunteers for the service crew will be allowed a discounted ticket to the Spring Fellowship and will be given a lime green and pink t-shirt with service crew on the back and a pink general OA symbol.

These tasks will be performed, but not limited to the following:

• Handle the water jugs for elangomats and ordeal candidates
• Passing out food during meal time
• Trash pickup
• Cleaning dining hall after meals
• Setting up pre-ordeal ceremony and/or ordeal ceremony
• Setting up activities
