Good evening brothers, esteemed chairmen, fellow officers, and advisers. I'd like to thank all of you for your attendance tonight, for in order to hold a successful meeting, we must first have our fellow brothers among us,

The first item I'd like to mention is the LLD that was held last month at the council service center. I'd like to thank Mike Creagh for allowing us to use the council office and Jim Page for ordering the pizza, but. most importantly, I feel that Greg Stephens deserves a round of applause for the effort he put into organizing such an extraordinary training.

As far as the Administration team itself we have taken most of the last month to set goals and plan for the upcoming year. With the use of Dropbox and effective emailing, communication within our team has increased greatly.

With plans in the works and a few ready to roll off the assembly line, I am extremely pleased by the efforts of the admin chairs and their committees thus far and have no doubt that their efforts will increase as the year continues.

A meeting was held for all the committees under the VCA at Rendezvous on October 1. Nathan Kunz, election chair was present. We discussed his responsibilities and I passed on the paperwork I held from that position last year. Another meeting with the committees is being scheduled. We are only as strong as our weakest link and will need 100% participation from those appointed.

Rendezvous was awesome. A lot of chapters turned out to help with the fun and all was appreciated. Don't forget to pay your dues and sign up for the Winter Banquet that's coming in January!
